FT PT is on the move again! This time we are moving 2.5 miles outside of Strathaven on the Muirkirk road to our amazing home at Lochar Mill, right on the river in our converted garage. Same great equipment and same expert instruction from Alan Clark who has been in the fitness industry for 15 years. Just a different view!

Alan's PT slots are currently full and we have limited Small Group Training classes which are also fully booked.
